Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to change your mind. However, due to the nature of our order processing and fulfillment system, please review our cancellation terms below:

1. Order Cancellation Window

   • Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placement.

   • After this window, the order is processed and cannot be cancelled or modified.

2. How to Cancel

3. Non-Cancellable Orders

   • Orders that have already been processed, packed, or shipped cannot be cancelled.
