1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship orders within Malaysia only, including both West Malaysia and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak).
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
During peak periods or special promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

4. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for:
Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
Parcels returned due to failed delivery attempts
Additional charges for redelivery
